Our own warehousing and logistics
The direct access to our goods is important to us, therefore all goods are stored in our own warehouses. Our own logistics enable us to respond quickly to the needs of our customers and to guarantee a high and fast delivery readiness. In our warehouse we keep over 5000 different articles.
A global dealer and distribution network
We work closely with our partners in over 40 countries. Deliveries and support from Iffezheim have enjoyed a very good reputation with our customers for over 25 years. Brands such as Vincent, Tivoli Audio, McGee and Dynavox are marketed internationally in close cooperation.
In-house service and quality control
Customer service has always played an important role in our company. We provide an in-house repair service which allows fast corrections of defects and services in case of a fault. To prevent any errors up front all of our products are subject to a permanent quality control.
